Smoothie bowls;
NOTE: there’s a fair amount of eyeballing with these recipes, and you may like to add or take away ingredients based on preference. When any liquid was needed, we used coconut water to thin down the ingredients enough to get the right consistency. If it gets too thin, you can always add more frozen fruit.
Spinach Apple
Ingredients
- 2 big handfuls spinach,
- 1 green apple
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 frozen banana
- Vanilla Hemp Snackaballs
Method
Blitz everything (except the Snackaballs) until smooth, top with sliced apple, hemp seeds and Vanilla Hemp Snackaballs.
Peanut Butter Berry
Ingredients
- 2 big tbsp peanut butter
- 2 cups frozen mixed berry
- 1 tbsp chia
- Peanut Butter Cacao Snackaballs
Method
Blitz everything (except the Snackaballs) until smooth, top with peanut butter, fresh berries and Peanut Butter Cacao Snackaballs.
Mango Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup almonds
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 frozen banana
- Zesty Lemon Snackaballs
Method
Blitz everything (except the Snackaballs) until smooth, top with fresh mango, almonds, hemp seeds and Zesty Lemon Cacao Snackaballs.

Green Tea Blueberry
Trust me, it’s delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberry
- 1 tsp vanilla bean (or essence if you don’t have it)
- 2 bags green tea steeped in ¼ cup hot water
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- Triple Berry Hemp Snackaballs
Method
Steep your tea so it’s ready for blending. Blitz everything (except the Snackaballs) until smooth, top with coconut cream, blueberries and Triple Berry Hemp Snackaballs.
Kale apple
This is for anyone who wants to get your daily dose of greens quick!
Ingredients
- 2 big handfuls kale (no stalks)
- 1 apple, sliced
- 3 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- Salted Caramel Snackaballs
Method
Blitz everything (except the Snackaballs) until smooth, top with kale, date, hemp seeds and Salted Caramel Snackaballs.
