1) All pricing is in NZD
2) Please allow 1-2 business days for North Island and 2-3 business days for South Island delivery*.
If your product doesn’t arrive, please contact orders@tomandluke.co.nz with your order number and date purchased and we will track it for you.
If your product is lost, we will send out a replacement at no charge to you.
3) Orders are only available to addresses within New Zealand (Sorry rest of world!)
4) We need a physical address to send to – we can’t send to PO Box numbers.

Cancellations & Refunds
1) As we are a food business, all transactions are final and we do not accept cancellations or refunds
2) If you receive a faulty product, please contact orders@tomandluke.co.nz with your order number and the date purchased and we will send out a replacement at no charge to you!

Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with the highest level of military grade encryption available. eWAY is Tier-1 PCI DSS compliant. TOM & LUKE LTD will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAY secure servers.
*Sometimes we take breaks too. We close down over the Christmas & New Year period to recharge our batteries. We’ll put a note up when the time comes.
